Everything You Need to Know Before Your Visit to R!SE Therapies.

Whether it's your first visit or you're returning for another treatment, we want you to feel comfortable and confident before you arrive.

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about each of our services.

Therapeutic Massage:

What is Therapeutic Massage?

Therapeutic Massage is a personalized, hands-on treatment designed to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and support your body's natural healing. Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're managing an injury, chronic discomfort, everyday aches, or simply looking to move and feel your best.

How much does it cost?

30 Minutes – $55

60 Minutes – $100

90 Minutes – $140

Is it covered by insurance?

Yes. Massage therapy services performed by a Registered Massage Therapist are billable to most extended health insurance plans. Please check with your provider to confirm your individual coverage.  Currently we are not offering direct billing.  You will be provided with all the required documentation and receipts to ensure that you can submit for reimbursement.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. During your massage, you'll undress only to your comfort level and will remain professionally draped at all times. Only the area being treated will be uncovered.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

We'll begin with a health history review, discuss your goals, and perform an assessment if needed before creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Will it hurt?

Some techniques may create temporary discomfort when treating tight or injured tissues, but treatment should never feel unbearable. Pressure can always be adjusted to your comfort level.  Don't be afraid to ask!  I will explain a comfort scale during your first appointment that we can use throughout all your future treatments.

How often should I come?

I will recommend a treatment schedule based on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle.
